All my training is tailored to your needs and built around your organisation’s culture, products, workflow, experience and current practice.
I don’t deliver my course – I deliver what you need.
- My training is focused, practical and to the point.
- I am a working practitioner as well as a trainer.
- My training is firmly grounded within real life.
A training intervention will contain the following stages: needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
Needs analysis: The analysis will be linked directly to your business needs and objectives.
Design: I’ll develop a tailored course which meets your needs and is based around the work of your delegates. Practical exercises can be made from your material.
Delivery: Methods vary depending on the group, but are usually a mix of short presentation sessions, group discussions and practical exercises. Courses can take place at your premises or a third party venue.
Sessions can also be delivered remotely, using Zoom, Teams or whatever online platform suits you.
I can offer 1-2-1 coaching and follow-up sessions, whether by phone, Skype or in person.
Evaluation: I can use a selection of evaluation tools, ranging from simple delegate response sheets to long-term evaluation of changes in behaviour.
“Exercises very useful. Day was flexible to meet requests – eg grammatical material. Thanks!”
“Extremely useful course and very competent trainer.”
