A training intervention will contain the following stages: needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
Needs analysis: The analysis will be linked directly to your business needs and objectives.
Design: I’ll develop a tailored course which meets your needs and is based around the work of your delegates. Practical exercises can be made from your material.
Delivery: Methods vary depending on the group, but are usually a mix of short presentation sessions, group discussions and practical exercises. Courses can take place at your premises or a third party venue. Sessions can also be delivered remotely, using online conferencing software.
I can offer follow-up sessions and 1-2-1 coaching, whether by phone, Skype or in person.
Evaluation: I can use a selection of evaluation tools, ranging from simple delegate response sheets to long-term evaluation of changes in behaviour.
